Merlot, Georges Duboeuf Pays d' Oc:
FRANCE 2017 BTL $40 / GL $9

This Merlot has a shining, deep ruby color and aromas of dark fruits like plum and cassis, with spice and hints of oak, licorice and cocoa. Full bodied and concentrated, it has a luscious mouthfeel and silky tannins, with a touch of sweetness on the finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon, Girasole:
CALIFORNIA 2017 BTL $51 / GL $12

Medium ruby in color, with flavors of chocolate covered blackberries and mild toasty oak. Herb and spice flavors complement the fruit flavors or cassis and plum, while the soft and supple tannins make this Cabernet a very approachable and easy to drink wine.

Pinot Noir, Acrobat:
OREGON 2015 BTL $75 / GL $16

In the glass there is a garnet-colored center with bright ruby edges. The nose has rich, fruit-forward aromas like ripe cherries and strawberry pie, with hints of cinnamon, vailla, and mocha. The palate echoes with ripe strawberries and dark chocolate up front, followed by earthy and spicy notes of forest floor and clove.

Malbec, Colome' Estate:
AREGENTINA 2016 BTL $55 / GL $12

Bright and intense in color with beautiful aromas of blackberries, red fruits and exotic floral notes, this wine delivers aromatics that entice the senses. A full lush entry of ripe and rich black fruit surrounds spiced oak notes and hints of pepper. Fresh acidity supports big, bold tannins and wonderful complexity.

Rioja, Vinadrian Tempranillo:
SPAIN 2017 BTL $48 / GL $11

Clean, brilliant, deeply colored red with purple hues. Plum, cherry, and raspberry fruit aromas. Fresh, medium-full bodied young wine. Good weight of fruit in middle palate. Well balanced fixed acidity providing a long and persistent fruity aftertaste.

White

Chardonnay, Franciscan Estate:
CALIFORNIA 2017 BTL $55 / GL$12

Pale yellow in color. Classic buttery aromas fill the glass with rich bright fruit, minerals and cream with honeyed pear-apple. Bright and vibrant palate shows rich flavors evoking apple galette, honey, and creamy vanilla bean. Full and round witha rich mouth-feel and a long finish of Asian pear with toasty oak notes.

Chardonnay, Novellum:
FRANCE 2017 BTL $45 / GL $10

Coming from 100% Chardonnay that was aged 3 months in stainless steel tanks (70%) and French oak barrels (30%), this modern style Chardonnay boasts sensational notes of ripe citrus, white flowers, and spice, with loads of classic Catalanes salinity and obvious minerality.

Sauvignon Blanc, Oyster Bay:
NEW ZEALAND 2017 BTL $60 / GL $13

Pale, straw green in color with brilliant clarity, Oyster Bay Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is zesty and aromatic with lots of lively fruit characters. A concentration of assertive passionfruit and tropical fruit flavors with an abundant bouquet, it is a wine that is always crisp, elegant, and refreshing.

Pinot Grigio, Ruffino Lumina:
ITALY 2016 BTL $40 / GL $9

Notes of meadow flowers and pleasant hints of pear. The bouquet is fresh, complex, and elegant. The 2016 harvest is fresh and perfectly balanced with a pleasant roundness. A typical mineral touch completes the finale, which has notes of yellow pear and almond.

Prosecco, Zonin:
ITALY 187 ml for $13

Pale, straw yellow color with subtle green hues, Zonin Prosecco reveals persitent bubbles and rich mousse. The bouquet is refined and elegant, enhanced by pleasing fruity notes. On the palate, the wine is dry and pleasantly fruity with a fresh, aromatic note on the finish. It also reveals an abundance of almonds, and fresh citrus notes.

Rose, Villaviva Cotes du Thau:
FRANCE BTL $37 / GL $8

Luscious, aromatic nose of raspberries and strawberries. Fresh in the mouth witha well-balanced, full and lively middle palate, and a spicy, lingering finish.
