Galaxy & Mosaic, Double Dry Hopped, Hazy Double IPA
Features two new-school hops with Galaxy and Mosaic. Galaxy and Mosaic hops are insanely popular (and expensive) amongst hazy IPA brewers. Both hop varietals exhibit extra-juicy tropical, citrus, and stone fruit aroma and flavors. This beer is an exceptionally made example of the Hazy IPA craft beer phenomenon.
Fields & Ivy Brewery’s Skeleton Theory IPA series is based on an isomorphic grain bill designed as a hazy IPA with ample haze elements and 2-row barley base malt. That’s the skeleton. We then construct each unique beer in our Skeleton Theory series by double dry-hopping with a unique, modern or experimental hop or combination of hops to deliver a heavy dose of the aromatic compounds that these hops are known to produce
