Scratch Kitchen
We hold ourselves to the same high standards in the kitchen that we do in the brewhouse. With an emphasis on local ingredients our kitchen creates flavorful dishes intended to complement whatever is in your glass. Brick oven pizzas, juicy burgers, fresh salads, hot pretzels, and enough variety to please everybody.
Beer To-Go
At our brewery, we have three cooler doors filled with 6-packs and 4-packs to take with you, plus we fill growlers for all of your to-go beer needs. If you can’t make it to the brewery, you can find us in bars and liquor stores throughout the state of Kansas and in the KCMO metropolitan area.
